Is anyone else having issues?

I just had the same issue three times in as many hours.  my ps3 is fairly ventilated, freezing happens at random

I contacted THQ but I haven't gotten a response. It seems like they're more focused on patching the PC version right now.

I havn`t had these issues, I am around 12 hours into the game, and it only froze once. If there is some sort of issue, then they would be working on a patch, and hopfully they finish it soon.

Keeps crashing on mine as well.. I'm over 24h of gameplay and it has crashed at least 10 times in different stages of the game. 

I hope THQ releases some sort of update soon!

It's not a PS3 problem. The game has tons of bugs. I'm doing the soul arbiter's maze and every time I try to read the mysterious book the game freezes, forcing me to hard reset my PS3. And the problem with this game is not limited to the PS3. PC and XBOX users have reported multiple problems as well.

I have this issue as well, hope it's fixed soon. Really getting annoying to reset my ps3 constantly.

Darksiders 2 crashing is **bleep**. If they are going to make a game dont make it so it crashes all the **bleep** time! Patch soon please.

Darksiders needed a longer QA period. It crashes, has loads of platforming related-glitches, broken puzzles... ugh. It's as if they didn't bother to play through this game.

It's a good game though I mean, glitches aside it's alright to play.

I'm having the exact same problem i can't read the mysterious book and i tried several times to reset go back and it does the same thing. have you figured out away to read the book yet
