The ending to AC3 was so stupid but i hope they come out with another game that is based off another assassin like desmond. Becasue they cant leave us thinking of what happened after all that.

Both the story of Conner and the story of Desmond have two of the most anti-climactic, lazy, and abrupt non-endings I have ever seen in a videogame.  That Desmond's story has essentially been a hook to get us to buy the next installment over the course of five games only to end like it does is nothing less than an insult, a giant middle finger from Ubisoft to everyone who has been loyally buying games in the Assassin's Creed franchise for years.

It's left open ended for a reason, so they can pick up the story and continue with a different character.

You guys don't read or go to the movies much, do you? This is what's called an "open ending" or a zero ending. Yeah, it happens, and it can tick off a lot of fans. However it's accomplishing exactly what it was designed to do; get you talking about another game.

You must have missed that there will be another one, in another era, with another protagonist, by another dev team.
