Dont crash.

The best way to practice is to do the Co-Op mission where you pilot a chopper. Its the same controls.

Sorry again man. I have no idea why VOiP was not working tonight for us. I highly recommend, if you have a laptop or a wireless mic for your PC, to download Skype. It's free and will allow us to chat.

You can add me if you want. We can join a empty server and you can learn how to go 1 on 1. Or co-op, but co-op is known to load forever and even freeze more common then multiplayer itself.

I do have to say, after playing through a few rounds of Air Superiority, the BF Flight Simulator is perhaps the WORST.

Helicopters are good, but the jets handle like crap, and the targeting system is BS.  Ace Combat, for obvious reasons, blows BF away in this respect.  Too bad they did not work on the control of the jets, prior to releasing this add on.

Practice makes perfect though, so I suggest practicing.  Eventually you will get the hang of it, as will I, hopefully.

The best way to learn is to practice.

From there you will learn that choppers survive better if closer to the ground. And you will learn that using obstacles such as buildings can increase your survival time.

Also, you will learn that the only real threats to choppers are tanks, and enemy choppers. Enemy jets should have no chance or won't even bother if you are low and near multiple obstacles such as hills, trees, and buildings.

Ive never been in a round where the jets werent destroying the choppers. One good pilot tips the scales in favor of their team. I've been in rounds where one pilot when 90-0 and 70-1 ina  jet, they are rediculously powerful.
