Buzz buzzers syncing but not being detected by system

I have followed all steps and the buzzers do sync, however it appears the system is giving the usb stick power, but may not be detecting it.  Anyone else had this issue.  Unfortunatley the game is so old now that Gamestop does not have any. Any suggestions on how to get another USB stick, which I beleive is the problem.

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.

Others have asked the same question before, I haven't found the USB Dongle sold separately "officially" anywhere, maybe try Ebay?
