Now I am not here to point or nit pick at people. However, while playing this game I am getting killed behind everytime. More importantly, it's always the same person. No one else on the other team(s). Always spawning behind us, and whats strange, the enemy was infront of us, and were moving up, and yet out of the blue me and 2 others get shot from the back.
Now I know it's possible to be behind the enemy, but everytime?

Not to state the obvious - but are you sure they were not using insertion?
Well today I cam across a hack on the internet that has aimbot, and ESP etc etc. I did not extract it or use it due to the fact that their maybe a virus on it. It says to copy it onto your memory and then onto your PS3, however again I will not. Who knows what that will do.
But if it is in fact a hack/cheat, then why doesn't the game companies or Sony do anything about it?
