Hey stash I know this may look biased.... but check out BHD.  We have super helpful leadership personnell. As a matter of fact Pilgrim is going to help me do this weekend exactly what you are talking about. Helping me build a new character. Look us up.

So I just do the basics of my character (affiliation with whatever nation, class) and then wait on BHD to walk me through the skill allocation?

So do I just pick my faction with the new character and what class I want (thinking Combat/Assault Medic but I'd really like to do something with Vehicles but from my limited experience with them on my other character, I'm not really sure the power is there for them to make me want to focus on them yet) then wait/sit on the SP till someone can walk me through what's best to spend it on?

Been with BHD for 6 years now.   Anyone who wants a clan of good people who respectfully disagree and most become close friends look us up.       If your looking for help in game   talk to phoenixarcher,  winscar and a few others are very very knowledgable about the game.       Pilgrim in a great leader and if your not sure let us know you can squad up with us and play a few before you decide.      You won't find a better group of people anywhere else in my experience.
