My thoughts on DUST 514

Right now this game blows, but I hope they fix all the crap by release because I really like F2P MMO's and having one on my Playstation would be great.

 

Problems I had with game:

 

Weapons are uneffective, weapons have no range, in skirmish matches you spawn directly in the middle of enemies, game feels lifeless with no soundtrack, and generic art style.

pretty much thats how i feel about it too, i dont think i will be playing this game when releases.

All I know is I am looking forward to this game and it's evolution. For all of the small issues I've seen people post about it, they all sound like the usual issues that come along with the beta stage of development. I'm sure the game will be better optimized and tweaked with time. In my opinion a longer beta stage is better than a faulty release of a game with many problems. Gamers are a finicky and impatient lot aren't they:smileytongue:

I love the gameplay of MAG, if they can do similar to it, that will be great. Actually what i mean is;

1- Specific respwan points away from the battlefield like MAG

2- Effective weapons

3- different uniform for each fiction

4- well-structured and meaningful maps

3- helpful mini map
- 3d
- enemy appears on it from specific range if he fired

Just remember, 3 comes before 4, not after.

 

Anyways, in addition to what magtrail said, the armor system is absolute garbage, the way it's structured makes the skill gap far, far worse than it ever was in MAG. Players who pay for their stuff have a massive advantage over those who don't.

You can get permenant products! The blueprints, in fact.
