im not sure if they are creating a dance dance revolution for ps3, but i really hope they do. in my situation, im hoping they make a ps3 compatible dance pad.
cuz i recently bought a ps3 in which i have never bought a ps2 or ps before. i was hoping that i could play ddr on my ps3 so i bought a ps2 to usb converter, a konami dance pad, and ddr extreme 2 and i was hoping that it would work. sadly it didn't, and i ended up returning the ps2 to usb converter, and i still have the dance pad lying around in my house.

so moral to my story: DON'T BUY A PS2 to USB converter IF YOU'RE HOPING TO PLAY DDR ON YOUR PS3! IT WON'T WORK BECAUSE FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY KNOW, IN ORDER TO PLAY PS2 GAMES ON THE PS3, YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE PS BUTTON (ANALOG BUTTON) AND SINCE THERE IS NO SUCH PS BUTTON ON THE DANCE PAD, IT DOESN'T WORK!

According to a rumor about what Konami will be showing at E3 in a week and a half, it looks like DDR SuperNova 2 will be on the PS2... I really hope the rumor is somewhat misinformed and SN2 will actually be coming to the PS3.

well u can buy an adaptor and play it i have and adaptor to play gh on the ps3

I hope they put it on the ps3 or release some pads designed for the ps3. The ones I have now are trashed from too much playing and I'd really like to replace them with something new that works perfectly on the ps3.

Does anybody know if Sony's fixed the lag issues when I play SuperNOVA on my PS3?  The problem's been there since the beginning, and as far as I've seen  it's not fixed yet...

I am SO DISAPPOINTED there's not a PS3 version of DDR available.  My fiance and I just purchased the system last week after weighing the pros and cons of Xbox 360 vs. PS3 and now that I know this information I think we're going to take it back and go the Xbox 360 route.  I'm glad we only rented games and haven't purchased any yet.  I thought DDR was a hugely successful game, so I don't understand why they wouldn't make it fully compatible.
