All I get are C's. Not even a B. Not even in Beginner. In SuperNova I'm in between a Light and Standard. It's so frustrating! I just want to know if I am the only one experiencing this? I did get a one year warranty on the pads from Best Buy. I'm going to see if I can trade it in. =/

If you're talking about the official Konami pad that came with the Ps3 game, then you need to return it. I'll admit it's not the best pad in the world, and I swear my right arrow is on the fritz every once in awhile that screws up my full combo, but if you're not able to get a full combo or even an A on beginner something is seriously wrong and you should just return under the regular 30 day return policy for them selling you a defective item. Just get another one, hopefully they didn't get a whole shipment of defective ones because I hear if one is bad the whole box was; but get another and you should be fine.

Try changing your timing.

Also, it may not be the pads. It might just be you.

One thing I found to be a Problem was flooring.
I found the mat works a little better on harder surfaces. (Considering I usually play in the confines of my room where my rug is.)
