Horrid framerates!

What is up with the frame rates in this game? They are consistently terrible on the PS3. Is this an issue for PS3 slims as well or is it just on old BC PS3's?

Its the game.

It was designed for PC and the ports didnt go over too well.

Believe it or not the game ran very smoothly until one of the PS3 firmware updates was release and since then the game has had freezing and framerate issues.

Nah.. It's just you. I have had very little issues involved with my copy of DragonAge. The only frame rate issue I experienced was towards the end with well over thirty characters on the field at once, and I unleashed Tempest, and then Inferno in succession. It was to be expected. GoML.

When you have a full party taking on a bunch of Darkspawn, the game can chug quite a bit.
