The freezing issues are associated with people who still haven't figured out that most PS3 freeze issues are due to autosaves created prior to the most recent update (hint:  the solution is to simply exit the game and delete your autosave.  once the game creates a new one under the new update, it shouldn't freeze any longer).

As far as the dog:  HE'S SUPPOSED TO DISAPPEAR.  He's essentially a spell that wears off.

DAII plays awesome on PS3.

I don't think the slim vs the fat units matter.

I have the MGS 80gb BC fat unit and haven't had a single freeze nor sound glitch.

I got a ps3 when it first came out it freezes every once in a while after long play sessions but other wise its fine usually happens when i play a shooter

dont buy ıt. even ıf you get ıt for low... thıs game has unnormal frame ıssues
