How cool would it be if the next Fallout took place out at sea, like the movie Waterworld. You could customize and upgrade your own boat and battle pirates and what not. There could be mutated sharks and sea monsters! Maybe an underwater city? I think that it would be great.

Not a bad idea, although I was thinking perhaps something more along the lines of a "Fallout Zero" or a "Fallout Origins", where your character is living pre-nuclear apocalpyse, and perhaps has a role in either bringing it about, or trying to avert it (but failing in the process)....either way, we'll see what Bethesda has up their sleeve when they decide to announce it!

Well if Bethesda does it like they almost always do it.......we will not hear anything until the Video Game Awards later in the year and Todd Howard will come out an annouce it for release in the Fall of 2013.

Personally, I hope it is in NYC. Why?? Because I would love to explore a huge wasteland of basically just city. Not having to worry about a massive wasteland of nothing (they could throw in Central Park for the wasteland).
