personally I don't consider New Vegas a let down. yea it was glitchy but I had more fun with the missions and world than I did in fallout 3. It felt more alive.
I really hope they will make a Fallout 4. If they do I hope it will be on PS4 instead of PS3. We need a fallout with more people and detail into the world. I want everything to feel alive. New Vegas should of had 1000s of people wandering around to talk to and help, I mean it was the only place like it around. It would make sense for everyone to gather there. Instead I'd see maybe 5 drunks wandering the streets of Vegas.

I want more emphasis on survival. water especially. enemies should have bottles of water, never once did I ever loot water from a corpse, in a desert...
I want more big baddies that are like bosses.
I want it not online but I want updates to change things up to make the world feel more alive. like cities build up and be destroyed at random like a real chaotic post apocalypse
I want Dogmeat or some other companion.
If there are human companions I want them to have a real personality. they should have an oppinion and take charge, like when boon sees cesars men and is like you coming or am I killing these guys by myself.
I want it harder to get money, I had more than I could ever spend before
I want an economy like in skyrim with ability to mine and blacksmith and other things.
I don't think this is too much to ask for lol.
