If there is something wrong with the ranking system, I doubt that Namco will fix it at this point. They've given an indication that the online service will be shut down and they will notify everyone on their website when that happens.

I finally gained 3 dan, after about 100 fights, and also read the tutorial. It promises me "ranking matches" after  4-5 fights. Definitely  a bug`s or whatever...
