I just got home from EB Games, buying the game new (waited for a price decrease), and went to input my Online Pass code, and it says it is no longer valid.
I cannot return it to the store, as it is considered "open" and EB Games(Gamestop Canada) policy is no returns or exchanges on opened merchandise unless the PHYSICAL product is damaged/broken.
How can I get a replacement code?
Is there a number I can call?

Did you actually explain your situation to the store you purchaced it from? They should gladly exchange it for the same game.
If they denied your request, you should also cosider asking to talk to the District Manager, because you shouldn't have to resort to contacting the manufacturer...
