Hey guys, 

Has anyone had experience with returning a game to GameStop (without opening the game of course) just for the DLC printed on the receipt? I have the Collector's Edition pre-ordered @ Fry's Electronics but I want the '300' pack with King Leonidas. I doubt It'd be a problem but you never know. I think the 'Champions' pack comes included in the game package itself since every retailer seems to have that as a bonus. 

I would've bought the Collector's Edition from GameStop but they stopped taking pre-orders for it already.

I believe as with any media retailer, once it's open, you can only exchange it for the exact same thing. I wouldn't know GameStop's policy exactly, but those are usually the rules.

You get like 30 bucks. For new items they only accept full refunds/trades if it's unsealed.

It might work if your only in it for the code on the receipt. My conscience wouldn't allow me to do it but I would ask for a girt receipt also and have either you or a friend return it with the receipt at a later date.

Again, IT WILL BE UNSEALED.

The '300'' pack is included on the RECEIPT...NOT THE GAME PACKAGE ITSELF.

as in it will be opened? or do you mean it'll be SEALED?

The game will be 'SEALED'.

The '300' code will be on the receipt, therefore there will be no reason for me to open the game.

EDIT: Oh jesus, I had no idea I typed 'UNSEALED". I have no idea why I have that there, I think I meant unopened lol
