This is something I've also been hoping they include. Santa Monica has created a very intricate combat system, unfortunately it can be difficult to appreciate when there is too much fighting at once.

1 vs. 1 would be great. I envision a closed in stage with no items, no health fountains, just pure brutality.

And replied again because I thought someone would have confirmation on this? A die-hard fan or a dev? When I fight 1 on 1 I enjoy it a lot then some fool comes with his magic and spoils my epic battle haha

I would love it like a hardcore mode no god weapons... And have like king of hill mode with spectators. 1 vs 1

Yeah like you and Hughes81 mentioned, I think a mode where it's just you and your enemy with no magic weapons, health fountains etc would work the best...

And I like the idea of having spectators as well! GOW is one of them games I could actually watch 2 people fight it out and enjoy it, it's so cinematic.

They Could put it in a Badass Stage like a Colosseum that has tigers circuling you waiting to kill the loser and lay before the Winner.

it would be nice to see some events tournaments in that kind best 2 out of 3 no magic no weapons that you can pick up only L2 l1 square and triangle
