spriting is already an epidemic in this game and this is a horrible idea.

Horrible idea.

Any additional requirement to stop sprinting would just give opponents that much extra time to grapple you. I want to be able to stop sprinting as soon as I let go of L3, not have to click it again.

You can go buy that gel that helps the aching, if it's that much trouble. My thumbs never hurt though.

Actually, you don't have to keep pressing L3, you just need to click it once to start running.

I prefer the current system, not only is it easier but being able to time when you want to sprint and when you want to stop is HUGE for a tactical advantage in combat, especially whilst being pursued.

You just click the stick once. Is this your first video game?
