I was wondering if it could be possible to do a Brutal Kill around your environment. Say if you bk someone next to a wall, your champion would smash that persons head into the wall, or if they're next to a ledge ten your champion would slash off there legs and kick them off the map. This may be a little to far out there, but what if you could do a double bk? You damage two champions at once and you take both there heads and smash them together, or you cut off both arms of one enemy and use those two arms to kill the other enemy?
Your second suggestion sounds awesome, don't get me wrong. It's just that it's too OP because it would give you points too fast and likely rob another player.
I think I remember one time I grappled a dude up against a while and my guy actually did smash him against it and kill him, so maybe it is already implemented.
