One thing that would help VASTLY is to see what alignment a given player is in the lobby (or even in the start/score screen). Approaching an Ares is a MUCH different experience than approaching a Zeus. It doesn't take long to figure out which God they are aligned to when going head to head or fighting alongside a teammate, but it sure would help strategies to know BEFOREHAND.

Maybe throw a lightning bolt for Zeus, Flame for Ares, Water droplet or Trident for Poseidon, whatever else for Hades in those screens? Just throw an icon next to player's name.

Yeah definite god allegiance in the lobby. Since you can't change your allegiance mid-game this would be the only way to actually strategize.

Me being as pessimistic as possible right now (and I apologize for it), but won't that only cause people to switch over to the same alignment as the majority of others?

I like the idea though, I think it's neat. Just wanted to share the negatives.

I think it would be even better if we could see their actual warrior!

Would it be possible to show everyone who is playing the match behind your character in the background, and you can scroll around and look at them up-close by pressing R2/L2, and it would show their PSN tag above them?

What do you guys think?

Ahhhh, like Armored Core V. Too bad that game got a patch that destroyed the online balance. 

Anyways, I like this idea, but I've seen it turn to sh** before (if you also mean stats showing). Maybe if it just allowed us to see the appearance of player's champions, it'd work. I think that's what you meant.

They would just be a little bit in the distance behind you, with your character standing in the front more up close like it always is.

I think it would look cool anyway to see all the warriors standing there before the match starts!

Like a line-up of everyone's champions standing beside eachother OR one team on one side, and the other on the opposite side.
