I have never seen them include both cases in a collector's edition. I have a  few steel cases (Uncharted 3, Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Mass Effect 3), but none of them also included the regular case. The steel cases are usually leaps better than the regular case anyway. I hope they release what the collector's edition will look like soon though. I got mine pre-ordered since a couple months now.

@angelspawn, check the EB games website, it tells you whats included with the collectors edition and it also has a Picture. Ive preordered mine since july lol.
