it's 2013, you can buy a nice 26 inch HDTV for less then you paid for your ps3. Especially right now, the best TV sales are right before the superbowl as in, this week/next week. Do yourself a favor.
It is definately your tv man...... I had the same problem too... I used to use my old SD tv and couldnt see anything until I bought an LCD that was actually smaller then my SD...... Problem solved. The times..... They are a changin.
The problem is not everyone is from the US and not everyone has upgraded to HDTV. I'm on a 43 inch trinitron CRT and this is the first time I feel pressured to upgrade.
Playstation 3 just wasn't meant to be played on SD tv. The newer flat screens have a lot less life expectancy also . Which really sucks.
I did a quick search and they do have converters. Not sure if they work, how well they work and I know that spending money isn't what people want but might be better than spend a grand on a decent big screen.
