The land where Sex is taboo, cussing is LITERALLY governmentally prohibited in television, and gun control is a throwaway subject despite being one of the most violent countries on the planet. We got our priorities straight, son!

Yeah, 'cause Greece never has any problems. Heh.

It's easy to arbitrarily reduce a country's value.  America has a pretty interesting history, short though it may be.  Culture is debatable and more personal preference than anything.  Food is a similar topic, but I tend to love good ol' unhealthy American cuisine - cheeseburgers included.

I'm not out to knock any country.  All have wonderful characteristics, but we all also have our shortcomings.  I'm a 1/3 Greek, by the way and hope I'll get to visit Greece soon (actually just missed out on going last year). Regardless, I'm certainly proud to be an American.

You just provoked me to insult you, don't put this on me... Us Greeks are EXTREMELY proud of our heritage, and any form of insult about our country is much more offensive then most others.
