God of War: Ascension Multiplayer

I know it's not that big a deal for the beta but when the actual game comes out, will the multiplayer have a counter that shows how many people are playing certain game types.

I love having that counter because if there are few people in a certain mode, I know to play something else or face a long matchmaking session or unbalanced teams.

Anybody else feel this way?

Sony games don't for fear people would lose interest. U2 was one of the first games if not the only game that had a player counter and people would not shut up about it. They'd say "oh this game is laggy because there are no people playing" etc. Adding a player counter to a game no one will play is only going to hurt the community more.
