When I get a pickup item off the map, I noticed players are waiting out the timer til I dont have it anymore to respawn. It's really annoying to pickup something badass like herme's boots or krato's blades just to have nobody to kill since they wait it out to respawn. There should be a respawn timer or something to counteract this.

I havn't had this problem yet but I can see how this would be extremely annoying in The Forum.

Precisely what I'm talking about. It wouldn't happen so much in team favor of the gods.

To be honest I'm not sure as to why auto respawn after a certain amount of time hasn't been implemented.

It puzzled me too at first but didnt matter until I noticed this exploit becoming more frequent.

I had created a thread last week+ requesting an automatic respawn. A timer to respawn would be nice too, but not required.
Manual respawn will only create abuse of the system.

In the game modes offered currently not re-spawning asap loses you the match anyways, don't really see it as an exploit. You have to score kills/favor/ and objective so any amount of time off the map is bad for you in general.

If anything the game needs a boot out timer, ie players whom are AFK for a set time get booted from the game. The game also has to encorperate once a team is down a player matchmaking looks and tries to connect a replacement player.

Never happened to me, they always respawn and come trying to kill me!!
