Does anyone thinks we should have Spears as a main weapon.If so please back me up and post your ideas of how they should be used,how they would look,what there pro's and con's would be and if they would be cheap.If you think they shouldn't be in MP explain why.

If it were up to me, i would add as many weapon types as humanly possible; however, beta testing is 'typically' for small bugs that lower the overall gaming experience. Generally, in my experience,  suggestions get thrown out even if they are really good ideas. Afterall, they have to get the game ready for production and distribution. We can always hope for an update later on.

Edit: I Just found out about the pre order offer. That's awesome! It looks like spears ARE going to be in the game. That makes the olympus spear alot less "special" in my opinion.

Well, I preordred the collectors edition and I know I get King Leo's "spear" and armor, so yeah, I guess we can use a spear.  

I'm gonna name my spear "Brittany"

Spears will most likely be in the final product even though SSM has yet to announce the third weapon class. Gamestop is having a preorder where you get Leonidas' spear and armor as exclusive DLC.

Also, there are 3 world weapons in the beta plus Kratos' blades and Hermes' boots. Those 3 weapons were a sword, hammer, and a spear. So, it a safe bet to say spears are going to be in the game.
