The problem is that the Sony dudes have yet to implement the Greek language in the XMB, so that it can be coded in Greek, as you want. Since other games are already translated in Greek, once they're Sony's exclusives, the only one left is to implement the Greek language in XMB.
Be warned that once I can translate it, you need to stick it in the forums or anything inside the internet, NOT in the windows, as it's very obvious that you don't have the Greek language installed in your windows, otherwise they'll be appeared as tetragonal icons.
