Severed legs? Oh of course. Kratos did that to the goat dude in the SP demo, I hope they put it in MP as well. I found it to be pretty epic.

There should be one for the hammer where you jump up and land the hammer straight down on the torso and the limbs and head go flying off screen.

Or for the sword, you cut off the opponents legs in a sweeping motion that puts you behind them and then stab the sword into the neck or head.
