can anyone tell me if i start a 2nd playthrough if we have all weapons or is like gow 3 that we have to win the weapons again

if you do a 2nd playthrough on the same difficulty that you first played it on, then you get all your weapons and magic etc. but if you choose a different difficulty say on god mode, then you would have to start over and earn all the items and such again
