Right. I have always found that, unless I was really lucky or had to put lots of time into pairing cars, using one car was the main way of making a close, fair race.
The problem in GT5 is that not everyone has all cars yet and, although the list is fairly broad up to 500 PP, there are limitations to the Recommended group of cars and other ways of restricting cars.
I'm glad you are enjoying these races.

The PlayStation Community Calendar of Events has now been posted and this scheduled event for Mondays is now listed for everyone to see.
That should mean that we should see more players join us.
Fingers are crossed.

Sounds like it's pretty open as long as you are 749 HP or less and 1550 Kg or more, on Racing medium tires.

Yes, tuning and car choice is open within these restrictions.
The cars used will, therefore, have differences and, hopefully, still make for an interesting set of races. Your mileage may vary, but there is only one way to find out. The point was that while one car may walk away with more wins, if you are looking for good racing, you should be able to find it here.
The more people who show up, the more interesting it should be, too, so I hope the new calendar attracts many drivers that we have not seen before.
The race details are always in post number two, where they are easy for anyone to find. Posting them in a new post as well just draws attention to the thread. Otherwise, nobody would notice.
