I think this is for PC no? 

I thought we couldnt MOD the cars on GTA4 for the PS3. Ive seen it done on PC.

Yeah, I think it's for the pc version of the game...as far as I know, the PS3 version isn't moddable, which is what makes the pc version better in many gamers' eyes. I've seen some pretty cool mods for the pc version...sometimes I wish there was some kind of program that would allow us to mod the PS3 version without having to do any kind of manipulation of the system itself.
