I'll die on Level 12.

27 replies 42 views Edited Nov 25, 2009

I have from -3 to -19 on all the courses but two 9 holes where I am +2 and still on level 12 !

The game states in order to get higher level-wise you must have great scores on all courses.

**bleep** more does it require? Does online play boost your levels or just playing the 8 courses?

How the heck do I get higher than 12?

Please help 'cause I'm about to go Postal here.

You need to have the following score per 18 hole game (Regular/Long Tee) to advance to level 13

Course 1: -16/-12

Course 2: -12/-8

Course 3: -10/-6

Course 4: -8/-4

Course 5: -6/-4

Course 6: -2/-2

Note: 9 hole games required half the number

Also, you have to achieve the score at least twice. Meaning for example: If you got -16 in course 1 and got another -12 in course 2, then you will advance. You can do it in any combination. For example: -16 and -17 on course 1. But whatever it is, you still have to beat the threshold level TWICE.

Thank you so very much for the information. I have one more question though. On course 1 I have -19 on 18 hole regular tee, and I have -15 on 18 hole long tee. Does this mean that on all four 9 holes, (in & out), I have to have -10 on Regular Tee and -8 on the matching long tee, or can they be reversed? Do I have to get the required half scores on all four 9 hole courses, long & regular), or just two of them?

Thanks again man.

my highland score is - 25 ... try to play all courses 18 holes reg. tee + long tee with - 15 or better,9 holes in /out reg. long with -8 or better. if u play online u are G3 Rank. u win 2 games u come to G2 Rank.u make 20 points in 20 games u come to G1 Rank. u make 30 Points in 30 Games u are G 0...but its a hard way for going and staying   sry for my bad engl. but i'm not from here ^^

Hi Kcolvap, I can't verify JunKB4U's numbers, but I imagine they're pretty darn close if not true. Open Tee 2 on the PSP works in a similar way. In OT2, you only have to get certain scores on any part of a particular course (18H reg, 18H LT, 9H reg in, etc.) to satisfy the level requirements for that course. If OOB is the same way, then just try to achieve the best number you can on a course (whether 18H or 9H, reg tee or long; whatever is easiest for you), and compare the numbers to the scores JunKB4U posted. Remember that 9H scores need only to be half the 18H scores, so you may want to consider focusing on one 9H section of each course. Try to repeatedly beat your personal bests and see what happens. Good luck and let us know when you level up!

Thanks again lady

You can have a -16 on regular tee in course 1 and let's say +20 in long tee. You are still qualified for course 1.

I got this information from the Official guide book published by Enterbrain in Japanese. Sorry for forgetting to cite the source in the last reply.

You know what, while I am at it, I will post the Level 14 requirement as well.

Course / Regular Tee / Long Tee

1 / -18 / -14

2 / -14 / -10

3 / -12 / - 8

4 / -10 / - 6

5 / - 8 / - 6

6 / - 6 / - 6

These are for 18 holes, that means you will need only half the number for 9 holes. Hope this helps.
