Hot Shots Golf Series

Im new to the hot shot golf game. I have been using a simple game on my iPad. On my PS3, when I press the "X" to set strength and set the accuracy, the meter bar runs way over my set point or I have to set the point very early in the swing. Is this the way it is or is there a setting that I can change to make my set more accurate?

Id say use advance swing mode. it is imo much eaiser to master

If your TV has a "game mode" setting, turning it on will get rid of this.
