Anyone else getting this error?

"Unable to report score.  A score has already been reported for this Online ID. "

I made sure I got the online pass code activated, I'm not sure what else is wrong

Ok today it showed that the scores somehow were submitted even though the game was telling me they hadn't been submitted.  The submission process is working today so it must have been a glitch.
