How do you manage to get it ??

Do you need to complete the game like X number of time or you find it somewhere ??

In order to get the white robe, you have to get all of the scarf upgrades through multiple playthroughs.  As soon as you get the Transendence trophy, I think thats the name of it.

Each of those tiny white collectibles you see around stages need to be picked up. Once all of them are obtained then just start a new Journey. Before taking off at the hub, look to the right end of that area where you'll notice flowing white strands. Walk into them and you'll be transformed into the white robe every time you do.
