I don't think platform has ever been mentioned for KHIII. Most likely scenario, it releases on PS3/PS4 & Wii-U since the series is so freaking scattered across the 2 brands (I'm still wondering why Square has done this with the series).
Best case scenario, they use the Versus engine, and build on it with being a PS3 exclusive since the KH team is working on Versus anyways so they'll already be familiar with the engine since they built it and spent who knows how long working with it already and I'm sure the foundation is already laid to be an easy transition gameplay wise to a KH title (otherwise, they'll have to use another engine or if it's not exclusive, they'll have to port the engine after all these years of working solely on the PS3 to other platforms which would just be a head scratcher, if Versus is in itself still exclusive. You never know with Square).
