Aww shucks, and if you spent less time searching for images to paste in forums you might be able to learn something.
The very definition of a Clip is a device to hold cartridges for charging the magazines of some rifles; also : a magazine from which ammunition is fed into the chamber of a firearm. By contrast, a Magazine is just an object that holds ammunition. It does not need to have any ability at all to load a firearm.
Unless you are specifically using a weapon that requires a clip like an M1 the terms are interchangeable or unless you are talking with someone ignorant of the actual meanings of the words.

Oh god, this get's on my nerves to no end. I see it in movies and games, and it's so irritating at the amount of people who call magazines "clips". Just goes to show you how many people actually know anything about guns.
