Update the player pics, include more detailed career stats (ie what teams they played for)
Also for franchise mide have the new players improve faster so when the older players retire there will still be star quality players

I'm a big stats guy. I agree, they should show way more stats for every player. There is no sport on Earth that is more stats-driven than baseball.
