MLB: The Show Series

This evening I installed the latest update that sony required for us to d/l. Then I put in the online game I own and play ( MLB the show 12 ). Now for some reason I can't pitch the ball anymore. I play over 1200 games online every year do I think I kinda know what I'm doing.

It's not my controller because when I'm in the game I switch from pitching to hitting and all the buttons that I was using to try and pitch but couldn't are working perfectly when hitting.

I called Sony and they made my delete the game off my system and reinstall it and the same problem exist. UGH

If anyone has any solutions that will help me out plz respond ASAP . U can even PSN me the info.

I just bought the game and I'm having the same problems. have you had any resolutions because I've had no responses and no help from customer service either
