*HELP!!!!! Madden 13 Lag, Slow, Choppy online Play*

Anyone else have lag issues playing Madden 13 online. Connect is solid 20+ and all other games BF3 etc. work just fine. Is it EA servers or just Madden 13 bugs? Im about to return the game because online play sucks bad. Also tired of taking timeout losses in online games that I should have won because, yes, I am the greatest. So please help me fix it, then bring it, then get your spankings.
