Restore Character from deleted Slot

So, anyone form Zipper that can help with this...

 

I had 2 slots, with an old character from Raven and my main from Valor.

 

Never played them both, so let the 2nd slot subscription expire, but it wouldn't let me choose and my Valor wasn't the one there.  Tried deleting the Raven one to see if I could get my Valor mian back, but no. 

 

Can someone retrieve this?

Has anyone else had any luck with such an issue?
