I'm new and want to use my skill points best + what's better to bye sensor jaming or movement locating

Buy the sensor jammer, and the Acoustic locator and MAX them out!! Its the Best in my case.. Id Say

Sensor jammer is all but necessary.

Acoustic locator is a very good piece of equipment, but not all but necessary.

Movement is important too though. You can get everything once youre 70... or at least everything you need.
