So I just started playing last night, so I'm not far at all. Just started running into places to shop. Before I get carried away on buying equipment....can I change out armor and stuff on my "team" Haven't found anywhere to do it. The only place I've even found to change out Shepard was on the Normandy.

you can kind of change thier appearance but they each only have 1 option i think. i can't remember if its available when they're recruited, unlocked after you beat the game, or you have to gain their loyalty.

Smurfinater's correct, you can only change their appearance.  In order to do so, you need to gain their loyalty by completing a mission that they each need help with.

Well, there is some DLC that allows you to change the look of some of them.

Jack and Thane look awesome in their DLC outfits!
