I would get the ME trilogy for VITA, but a cross buy/cross play/ remote play, would be perfect. If anyone agrees with this make your voices heard.

Details:

1. That would be buying the PS3 version and getting the Vita version for free or reduced price.

2. Taking saves from PS3 to ViITA on the GO

3. VITA second screen features

First off we'd have to get EA/Bioware to make a VITA version.
