After quite a few playthroughs and class try-outs, I have to agree.  CHARGE is awesome, and Vanguard is my favorite class.  There is something exciting about bullrushing an enemy behind cover, and then unleashing a leathal shotgun blast., or two   But, Reave is a great bonus power -- it softens your target and restores your health (it has saved me quite a few times).
