Does MGO use VOIP?

I was just wondering, since I haven't attempted to use my mic and I haven't noticed any indications that mics are even working in the games that I'm in.  Most PS3 games have utilized VOIP but I'm not sure about this one?

well... considering if someone has a mic on there is a mic symbol next to their name. I would assume that means mics are supported.

Yes, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it supports VOIP.  But I just tried my mic and it seems to work but no one ever uses theres.  Another question:  to see others name's appear while using a mic, do you have to have your mic enabled or can everyone hear them?
