GH: WOR problem

I just got warriors of rock and the main menu doesnt seem to be loading unless im signed out of PSN. are the servers shut down so i can only play offline? it seems weird that i couldnt even see the main menu when signed in. Game plays fine when im signed off though, just wanna see if theres a way to fix it.
