I don't see anything in my Settings on how to get a Avatar under my name. Where is it?

Avatar or do yiu mean the signature like a trophy card or a picture?

The avatar on this site will be the same avatar you have on your PS3. To choose an avatar on your PS3. Go to "Account Managment" hit X button. Go to "Account Information" hit X button. Go down to "Avatars" hit X button. Choose an avatar. Then eventually that avatar will appear under your name on this site.

I am sorry but I tried to find the "Account Managment" on my PS3 but could not. I even signed up for the PSN and gave my Credit Card thinking this might take me to where I wanted to go. Still no luck... Please help... Thanks.

"Account Managment" is on the XMB. That is the first screen you see when you turn on your PS3. Look for the "Playstation Network column, with the blue PSN symbol. "Account Managment" will be in that column.

In that collum I have the PSN Square(sign Up),What's New,Trophy Collection,PS Plus,PS Home and PS Store. 

Not sure this makes any difference but this is a new unit that I purchased in December 2012... Super Slim model.

Your PSN account must be signed into the the Playstation Network on the PS3 before you can see "Account Managment" on the XMB. If your account is NOT signed in on the PS3, you will NOT see "Account Managment".

You must create a PSN account on a PS3 to sign into the Playstation Network on a PS3.

 So I took the Dell USB keyboard that I am using to type this post and connected to the PS3. I am able to use the Up & Down keys to go between the Sign-in ID/Email and the Password,but I am unable to Type anything.  Asuming a Dell Driver problem. Also tried turning the PS3 off and then connecting the keyboard. Then started the PS3. Same results.

Then did a Google search and found this... XMB Keyboard

Also found the same using the PS3 XMB Online Manuals.

Quote from manual:

"The keyboard is automatically displayed whenever text entry is required. These instructions assume use of the English keyboard."

The XMB Keyboard doesn't  appear when I try to fill in "Sign-in ID/Email and the Password". Is there a way to manually bring up the keyboard?
