I welled up a bit at the end of It's a Wonderful Life.  If you don't choke up at the end where George Bailey's brother calls him the richest man in town, then you simply have not a heart beating within you.

I think it might have been Saving Private Ryan.

I'm sure that I got a bit misty eyed during the then older Ryan's gravesite tribute to the Army captain (Tom Hanks) who rescued him and paid with his life.

I cried a lot when watching the Producer ( The remake with Anna Hathaway and Will Ferell) but it's TEAR OF JOY, I laugh so hard I cried, the WHOLE movie

I found that movie very moving.  The ending really got to me as well.
