well just like wine is a sacrament for certain religion i dont see how heroin would be a sacrament but i guess it can

however saying something ignorant like only teens make a holiday around weed shows how much you know about weed

Who cares what people make a holidays for? Nobody's forced to celebrate any holiday. Do any holiday's even really mean anything?

Holidays have a meaning or purpose that celebrating them shows. Christmas has several things. Easter marks a moment and also expresses meanings I mentioned earlier.

Holidays mean plenty. 4/20 has no meaning. Pot has no meaning that is agreed upon at all by its users. Is this "yay for treating glaucoma day" or perhaps "yay for hanging with friends while feeling different"

Weed has no meaning yet a day is being made out that.

Yet the vast majority of users are not using it for health. They use it recreationally and are not celebrating anything. You get drunk during a celebration of a wedding. You get high to celebrate something. What is 4/20 celebrating, hitman?

Why do you need a nationally designated day to celebrate things you care about? The importance of a holiday is reliant on the individual who chooses to celebrate or ignore the holiday. Christmas doesn't mean anything for me (although I like the festive spirit). Easter doesn't mean anything to me. If someone finds meaning from a day meant to give a nod to the pot smoking community, then so be it. Leave them be. If you find meaning in a day(s) to celebrate your religious stuff, then so be it. I would hope that everyone would leave you be as well.
